Prayer – Transitions, TLC is first and foremost a Christian ministry modeling Christ’s Love and Grace to those who often have received very little in their lives. We are committed to working in this vast missionary field, but recognize that we are on the front lines of a great spiritual war. Without your prayer support we risk being overrun by the shear vastness of depravity from which our new friends and family have come. |

Mentors – One of the greatest keys to the success of this mission is people – normal people doing normal things. What we call normal is not universal. It is a composite of what has ‘always’ happened in our life. To many of those we serve normal means abuse, drugs, stealing, oppression and hurt. We can only change their perspective by modeling a new normal, one based on victory, peace and love. |

Money – Of course, we need monetary support to get this program rolling in as many places as possible. Over time, Transitions, TLC will be supported by Federal and State resources now used to imprison this population. It takes approximately 1 year and $100,000 before we can process governmental funding. Can you help us? Will you take those funds normally sent to the government as taxes and support this ministry? Donations to Transitions, TLC are tax deductible. Transitions, TLC is operating as a subsidiary of Wyoming Prison Ministries and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit corporation. Donors will receive quarterly financial reports from Transitions, TLC. Annual tax statements are provided to all donors. |
