Donations to Transitions, TLC are tax deductible. Transitions, TLC is operating as a subsidiary of Wyoming Prison Ministries and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit corporation. Donors will receive quarterly financial reports from Transitions, TLC. Annual tax statements are provided to all donors.
Transitions, TLC also gratefully accepts gifts-in-kind, such as vehicles, transportation, housing, office space, or office equipment.
